Park Run

Parkruns are free weekly timed 5k events that take place every at 9:30am every week at 74 locations across the country. There are also 13 junior 2k events for kids aged 4 to 14 years-old that take place every Sunday at 9:30am.

Operation Transformation and parkrun are teaming up to help people all over the country get up and get active. This is your chance to get moving in this fun and physical event.

All participants must register before taking part. To register, simply find your local parkrun at www.parkrun.ie and fill in your details to receive your parkrun barcode and gain free entry to any parkrun worldwide.

If you cannot make it to one of our Leader locations, there are parkrun locations all over the country. After you register, print and bring your barcodes to the parkrun, they are used at all the events to record your results.

Our local parkrun is in the DKIT on the Dublin Road in Dundalk. It's a 5K run taking place every Saturday at 9:30am. It’s not a competition so come and get involved.
